We want you to feel confident when shopping with THReAD. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
This policy applies to all supported shipping destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- With original tags attached, where applicable
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made products
- Clearly personalized items
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We do not include a return label in the package.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. When the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return support at no additional cost to you.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
NO DIRECT EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method through PayPal or Credit/Debit card by PayPal where applicable, within 5 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
