WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit time for complimentary standard shipping is 8–21 business days, depending on your destination, local customs, and postal services. Total delivery time may be approximately 9–24 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We currently offer Complimentary Standard Shipping to supported destinations.

Eligible orders are shipped on a DDP basis where applicable, meaning applicable import taxes and customs duties are included in the final purchase price shown at checkout. We do not add hidden shipping fees, taxes, or duties after checkout.

Available shipping options and final order totals will be shown before you complete payment.

We currently ship to selected destinations only.

Supported destinations currently include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package. If you do not receive tracking information or need help with your shipment, please contact us at contact@threaddiffusion.com.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

THReAD accepts secure online payments through PayPal.

Customers may pay using a PayPal account or, where available, major credit/debit cards through PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, card issuer, PayPal checkout availability, account status, and risk checks. All available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DO YOU WORK WITH BOUTIQUES OR BUYERS?

Yes. THReAD welcomes inquiries from boutiques, concept stores, stylists, and buyers looking for textured bags and accessories with a curated, everyday aesthetic.

If you are interested in selected pieces, small-volume orders, styling pulls, or potential retail collaboration, please contact us with your store name, location, product interests, and estimated quantity. We’ll review your request and get back to you with available options and next steps.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@threaddiffusion.com.

We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been confirmed, paid, or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests.
